Lisa Chapel

Hi, my name is Lisa Chapel. I have been a Real Estate Agent at Metro Realtors, LLP since 2019, representing the brokerage and my clients with a genuine passion for real estate, customer service and community.

I am a fourth-generation native of Billings, MT, born and raised, I like to say “I am a Billings girl.” My family and I have been involved in many capacities throughout the community, mostly recently assisting the county with the development of Alkali Creek and the Inner Belt Loop. I became interested in real estate after I spent 15 years as a stay-at-home mom raising my four children with my wonderful husband, Patrick. Life as a realtor affords me the opportunity to work with fantastic people in the community, whether it be my clients, agents, and all other members of this industry, I truly enjoy collaborating with others to successfully navigate a transaction from start to finish. I resource top-notch photographers, stagers, closing agents and inspectors to create a seamless and smooth experience for all parties involved.

As a Billings native, and a graduate of Billings Senior High (‘98) and MSU (‘03, Spanish and Business), I have lived in several different areas of town. I have first-hand knowledge of what it is like to live in the heights, mid-town, downtown and the west end. I have assisted buyers, sellers and investors all over this great city. My husband and I own two rentals providing experience in real estate investment strategies and helping clients manage real estate portfolios. I am currently engaged in residential and commercial development opportunities in Alkali Creek.
